Beautiful place to relax and have a meal. Great food and I loved the foraged mushrooms available. A chance visit brought me here and I’m sure I will come back next time I am in Balmaha.

Fantastic food of all sorts including home baking and imaginative savoury meals. The space has been lovingly put together and is as warm and welcoming as the staff. Highly recommended!

Very relaxing atmosphere with great decor. The lemon cake was amazing, the recipe “handed down the generations since 1957”! Our sourdough toasts were accompanied by wild wood sorrel collected from the nearby waterfront beach.

The decor, atmosphere, and setup of this glasshouse restaurant are delightful. I absolutely love this place. The Perch is a super-hidden gem in the ever-popular village of Balmaha on Loch Lomond. Perfect for lunch with a nice glass of wine after a good walk with the dog. We walked the Millenium Trail the first time we went, and then we climbed Conic Hill the second time.

Enjoyed finding this cafe with a number of lunch and dessert options. Tried the sausage roll with a side of salad plus butternut squash soup made with coconut milk. It was so tasty, picked up some desserts to take home.

Terrific little place! I stopped for lunch while hiking the West Highland Way and the food was fantastic. Lovely setting! Good vegetarian and gluten free options too.

Fantastic!!! Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, and incredible food. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area
